Terms and Agreement for Micaiah's Studio of Ballet

Enrollment and Fees

  1. Registration: All students must complete a registration form prior to participating in any class. This form includes personal information and emergency contact details.

  2. Tuition Fees: Tuition is due on the first class of each month. Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card. Late payments will incur a $10 late fee unless prior arrangements have been made.

  3. Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued for missed classes. Exceptions may apply in cases of prolonged illness or injury, upon presentation of a medical certificate.

Attendance and Punctuality

  1. Class Schedule: Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Consistent attendance is crucial for progress and development.

  2. Make-up Classes: Make-up classes are available for students who notify the studio in advance of their absence.

  3. Punctuality: Students should arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of their class to ensure they are ready to participate.

Studio Conduct

  1. Respectful Behavior: All students, parents, and staff are expected to treat each other with respect and kindness.

  2. Dress Code: Students must adhere to the studio's dress code, which includes appropriate ballet attire, neat hair, and suitable footwear.

  3. Personal Belongings: The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Students should keep personal belongings in designated areas.

Health and Safety

  1. Medical Conditions: Please inform the studio of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect participation in class activities.

  2. Injury Policy: In the event of an injury, students should inform their instructor immediately. Participation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  3. Emergency Procedures: The studio has a comprehensive emergency plan in place. In case of an emergency, students are required to follow all instructions from staff.

Media and Photography

  1. Photography Permission: By enrolling in classes, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt-out, please notify the studio in writing.

  2. Social Media: Students and parents are encouraged to share positive experiences on social media, but should refrain from posting any material that could be deemed harmful or inappropriate.
