Fitness Class Overview
Personal Training: Stay motivated and reach your goals with customized workouts, that work with your busy schedule. We work on creating your own personalized Fitness plan. From how to track and plan your meals to workouts made just for you. You can meet in person, have a group or Skype from the comfort from where ever you are.
LivFit Studio Classes: This class is about embracing Healthy Body, Healthy Mind through creative movement. It brings elements of cardio, strength training and muscle endurance together with a community of women who are all together inspiring. Our Goal is to see past our flaws and imperfection and see only our potential. This class is available to Skype in from the comfort of where ever you are.
SubFit: During the Summer Months take your workout to the water. SupFit utilizes Stand Up Paddle boards to provide an amazing workout that doesn't feel like a work out. Paddle around the lake, enjoy the great outdoors and get a feel good workout.
MobilityFit: This class works on releasing tight muscles through stretching and myofascial release prescriptions. These techniques help to prevent injury, reduce pain and improve your athletic ability. We combine Mobility and Strength training all in one class.
